The Organization
Nlaka’pamux Health Services Society (NHSS) is a community driven, not-for-profit organization that delivers holistic, culturally grounded health services to 12 (twelve) Nlaka’pamux Nation Communities. As NHSS continues to grow, we are seeking strong financial leadership to help ensure we sustain and expand our services. NHSS services include Primary Care, Mental Health, Wellness Outreach, Emergency Management, and Home Care Nursing.
The Opportunity
- Leadership & Governance – Support the Board of Directors through reporting
- Community Relations & Partnerships – Build and sustain strong relationships
- Program & Service Oversight – Ensure programs meet community needs, funder expectations, and recognized standards of practice
- Human Resources & Organizational Culture – Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and succession planning
- Financial Management & Funding – Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reporting, & internal controls
- Communications & Advocacy – Serve as the organization’s primary spokesperson
- Health, Safety & Employment Standards – Provide overall leadership & oversight

Compensation
$145,000 – $160,000 per year (based on experience)
